Going on go YouTube is almost unbearable these days. The social media "guru" advertisements pop up way too often. Every commercial is exactly the same. It will have a Well dress man and/or woman, nice cars and most feel like they have to show us stacks of cash. They definitely make you feel like that could be your life. They invite you to a free live seminar, offers a book or digital file you can buy to get the secrets to your favorite social sites or your website. There are some companies that do work. These companies are not the people advertising on YouTube.
Companies that have been proven to work keep it professional and will offer a free trial period to see if it works for you. They don't claim to have figured out the algorithm. They spend their time teaching you about keywords, SEOs and a more behind the scenes approach. I have been learning a lot but I'm not in a hurry to grab my camera and record a video claiming I broke the system like everyone already has before me.
You will never be famous with millions of followers without putting in the time and effort. Don't expect anyone to go out of their way to help you get famous. It's worth it to put in a good amount of work looking at reviews and make sure you're not handing your money over to a thief.
I personally use a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to get started. These programs will scan your page and create a list of red flags that need to be fixed in order for you to see an increase in traffic and sales. It takes time and a lot of work but if your not willing to do it the right way then you don't deserve to make a living online.
To get started Google "SEO's", "keywords", and "backlinks" and that should send you in the right direction. Make sure you use good photos, write a great description of your products. I'm going through and changing all mine right now since I had a more generic description for my products on https://223digitalart.com. Plus it gives customers a more trustworthy feel for your website. Do you like the color orange? Well, it could be a mistake to use it online. Research colors, the color wheel and even get into fonts and font colors. Websites that seem simple are like that for a reason. It works cause they've done their research.
Don't think for a second this will happen overnight. It does for some but the odds of that happening are very slim. Plus doing the work gives you the knowledge of what works and what doesn't and you will be a better person for it. You could even say the behind the scenes of building your website is actually more important than the products you're selling. You won't make any money if nobody sees your products. I hope this helps steer you in the right direction.
